Well, although I'm thoroughly intimidated by Justine Viera's narratives I'm going to suck it up and post a ride report.
We had about 12 to 15 people on the ride. We did the Fresh Market loop backwards heading South on Colonial to battle the wind at the beginning of the ride. The group split into two groups after a mile or so, but we all met up at the Fresh Market. For the front group we kept a pretty good pace with an average of around 18mph. Danny Wilson was the inpromptu leader of the second pack on his brand new Trek Madone (Blue with white accents off course). I'm jealous. The ride was 28 miles long and we had a great time. Come on out everyone and join in. The wind isn't that bad when you're in a group sharing the load.
