This volunteer will drive the route and mark turns with spray paint before the ride. Route marking will take place on Sunday, October 1.

Volunteers will meet to pack participant packets. The party will be held at MHBC Clubhouse.

On Thursday, October 5 (6:00-8:30 PM), Early Packet Pick-up will be held at the MHBC Clubhouse. These volunteers will be checking in riders early, registering riders, and handing out packets. This is a perfect volunteer opportunity if you also want to ride the BCB!

On Friday, October 6 (3:00-8:00 PM), Early Packet Pick-up will be held at the MHBC Clubhouse. These volunteers will be checking in riders early, registering riders, and handing out packets. This is a perfect volunteer opportunity if you also want to ride the BCB!

Takes Place Friday Night prior to the event.

Help set up registration and start/finish line areas on the morning of the ride. Perfect pre-ride volunteer activity if you intend to ride the BCB, too!

Great opportunity if you want to ride the BCB! These volunteers will be checking in volunteers as they arrive and distributing volunteer t-shirts.

Volunteers to assist with directing riders as they arrive to parking spaces in the designated area(s).

Be the Host at one of our SAG stops

Groups of 3-4 will work at rest stops along the route, providing water, snacks, and good cheer! Perfect opportunity for families or groups wanting to stick together. Volunteer coordinator will contact you regarding assigned locations and assigned times.

Rolling SAG drivers to drive the routes assisting riders as necessary. Must have vehicle capable of transporting a cyclist and their bike.

Distribute prize to riders as they return.

Take photos at the start/finish line, including group photos at the start line in the morning, and at the finish line as riders return.

Take photos at specific locations along the route and at SAG stops.

Be available from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m. to do whatever is needed. The tasks might involve helping to set up tables and chairs, helping with parking cars, or directing riders to designated starting locations.

Help with breaking down the event - breaking down tables & tents, loading boxes, and making storage runs. A truck or SUV would be helpful.
Another great opportunity for riders who would like to volunteer when they are done riding.

Assist with the after ride food service - including setup of food service tables and drink station (non beer).

Check ID's for beer served at the end of the ride.
