Volunteering Opportunities

These volunteer crews will drive the route and mark turns with spray paint before the ride. Route marking will take place on Sunday, October 2.  We need 4 crews to be able to complete this. 40 VIP points

Volunteers will meet to pack goodie bags. The assembly will be held at MHBC Clubhouse.

Early Packet Pick-up will be held at the MHBC Clubhouse. These volunteers will be checking in riders early, registering riders, and handing out packets. This is a perfect volunteer opportunity if you also want to ride the BCB! 10 VIP points

Help set up registration and start/finish line areas on the morning of the ride. Assisting with inflatable set up other duties as required. Perfect pre-ride volunteer activity if you intend to ride the BCB, too! 10 VIP points

Coordinate on site volunteers as they arrive and check in/distribute t-shirts. Give directions. 10 VIP Points

Volunteers to assist with directing riders as they arrive to parking spaces in the designated area(s) (5:45-7:15 am). 10 VIP points

Another great pre-ride volunteer opportunity if you intend to ride the BCB! Register and check-in event participants. 10 VIP points

Distribute prize to riders as they return. Non ride position. 40 VIP Points

Take photos at the start/finish line, including group photos at the start line in the morning, and at the finish line as riders return. Non ride position. 40 VIP Points

Take photos at specific locations along the route and at SAG stops. General area will be assigned. Non ride position. 40 VIP Points

Assist with the after ride food service - including setup of food service tables and drink station (non beer). Non ride position. 10 VIP Points

Check ID's for beer served at the end of the ride. Non ride position. 10 VIP Points

Assist at the MHBC merchandise table. Must be able to stay all day. 40 VIP points

Help with breaking down the event - breaking down tables & tents and loading boxes. Great opportunity for riders who would like to volunteer when they are done riding. 10 VIP Points

Assist with unloading the truck at the MHBC Clubhouse after the ride.

Rolling SAG drivers to drive the routes assisting riders as necessary. Must have vehicle capable of transporting a cyclist and their bike. Based at one of the SAG stops and driving the course as necessary. Mileage paid at current IRS rates, if requested. Non ride position. 40 VIP Points
